Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost responsibility. I kindly request you to reach out to us with your concern so that we can make it right.
Apply for refund
- Please send a mail to (support [at] talapady.com) with your refund request explaining the reason for asking for the refund.
- Please note that to validate the purchase, you should have access to either the email address or the phone number you used while making the purchase from us.
Technical Courses
- Once the syllabus has been shared, you have 2 days to evaluate the course and in case you are not satisfied, please send a mail with your reasons, you’ll get a 100% refund.
- Any request for a refund sent after 2 days of the receipt of the syllabus will not be entitled to any refund.
Technical coaching
- You can ask for a 100% refund before the mentor starts the 3rd session.
- If you have attended more than 50% of the scheduled classes, no refund will be given.
- If you have attended less than 50% of the scheduled classes, 50% of the coaching fee will be refunded.
IoT devices (contractor)
- As mentioned in the contract.
IoT devices (consumer)
- Defective items will be replaced under warranty.
- The subscription cost will be refunded based on the unused days left in the cycle.
- No refund for physical items, special instances will be handled on a case by case basis.
